Where EC is the Best Choice

Electrocaogulation has a number of advantages over other wastewater treatment systems, stemming from its superior technical and economic performance.  We see our special niche as follows:

Technical Reasons to Choose EC:

• where wastewater contaminants, alone or in combination, of any concentration are difficult to remove by commonly available physical, chemical, or biological methods

• where limited available space requires a high capacity and low footprint solution

 Economic Reasons to Choose EC:

• where simple operations and lower overall operating costs for wastewater treatment are important

• where water reuse is feasible due to the superior quality of EC treated wastewater, thereby reducing fresh water use (important where fresh water is costly or in limited supply) and decreasing the volume and contaminant load for discharge to sewer

• where the costs to discharge liquid effluents to the sewer are high

• where the costs to dispose of wastewater treatment solid residuals are high
